How the offer works.
1. Find the hotel you wish to book through ourselves.
2. Find the same hotel through another agent, direct with the hotel or any 3rd party website.
3. Make sure that the price you have from a competitor is the same rate with the same conditions attached. These should be identical for both rates: room type, number of guests, period of stay, cancellation policy, meals included, taxes. The rate must be shown in the same currency as we have offered hotel check-out no later than 30 March 2022.
4. Take a screenshot of the rate we have offered, which shows: room type, number of guests, period of stay, cancellation policy, meals included, taxes, date and time of screenshot. It should also include any rebates you are due which ultimately reduces the price you have been offered.
5. Within 15 minutes of the our screenshot, take a screenshot of the competitor’s offer, which shows: room type, number of guests, period of stay, cancellation policy, meals included, taxes, date and time of screenshot.
6. Send the account manager both screenshots.
After checking the information received, the account manager will:
- confirm that you can receive compensation on this booking and inform you of the decision within 24 hours;
